Thoughts on the new 'extend video' feature? It's janky.

Hi everyone. I’ve been testing the new ‘extend video’ feature in Dream Machine for the last few days, and I have to say my experience has been pretty mixed.

On paper, it sounds perfect for my needs—like when I have a short clip that needs to be a few seconds longer to fit a project timeline. But in practice, it feels a bit janky. The extended portion often has a noticeable shift in lighting or texture, and sometimes the motion gets a little… wobbly? It doesn’t always flow seamlessly.

Has anyone else tried this yet? I’m wondering if I’m missing a specific setting or workflow. I’m not a video expert, so maybe there’s a trick to getting cleaner results. Are there particular types of clips (slower movement, static backgrounds) where it works better?

I love the idea, but the inconsistency makes me hesitant to use it for anything client-facing right now.
