Hey everyone! Just saw the announcement about Luma's new model checkpoint drop. Super excited to try it out! 🎉
As someone who mostly works with structured data and BI tools, I've been experimenting with Luma for generating visual assets for dashboards and presentations. The previous model was great for creating simple 3D icons and concept visuals.
Has anyone had a chance to run it yet? I'm especially curious about:
* **Consistency in character/object generation:** Could this make it viable for creating a set of uniform icons for a data app?
* **Text rendering:** How's the new model with text in images (like for mock dashboard labels)?
* **Prompt understanding:** Did they improve on following more detailed, structured prompts? That's always a challenge.
I'm planning to test it later by trying to generate a series of related data visualization elements. If you've already tested, could you share your workflow or any settings that worked best? A detailed walkthrough would be amazing for us newcomers! Also, any pitfalls or gotchas with the new version?
