Hi everyone. I work at a small clinic and we're trying to automate some of our patient onboarding and follow-up workflows. The big issue is everything has to be HIPAA compliant.
I've looked at a few general automation tools, but I'm worried about data handling and audit trails. I need something that can securely connect to our EHR, send encrypted reminders, and log everything properly without me building it all from scratch.
Does anyone have experience with a platform that actually works for this? Something that doesn't require a full-time developer to manage? I'd really appreciate any pointers or things to watch out for.
