I've been a Lindy user since their beta period, primarily for managing analytics engineering workflows and orchestrating dbt jobs. Historically, their support was a standout feature—responses were often within a few hours, even for complex issues related to warehouse integrations or job scheduling logic.

Over the last quarter, I've observed a measurable decline. My last three support tickets had the following resolution timelines:
* **Ticket #A:** Query performance regression in their SQL editor. Initial response: 3 business days.
* **Ticket #B:** dbt Cloud webhook failure during a critical sync. Initial response: 2 business days.
* **Ticket #C:** Billing discrepancy regarding compute unit consumption. Initial response: 4 business days.

For context, these were all submitted via the in-app support channel with detailed descriptions, error logs, and relevant project IDs. The delays in initial response create significant blockers, especially when dealing with production data pipelines.

I'm curious if other community members are experiencing similar trends. Specifically:
* Are you seeing longer first-response times across all tiers, or is this potentially correlated with specific plan levels?
* Has the quality of the support interaction remained consistent once the conversation is engaged, or has that also degraded?
* For those using Lindy in a similar analytics engineering capacity, have you established any effective workarounds for time-sensitive issues?
