Hey everyone! 👋 With all the buzz around AI agents, I'm trying to think ahead for my small ops team. We handle everything from customer support triage to internal tool requests, and honestly, we're getting buried in repetitive tasks. I've been testing a few agent builders (Bland, N8N with AI steps, even dabbled in SmythOS) but they all feel either too simplistic or way too complex for a team our size.

My dream setup for 2026 would be something that lets us:
* **Build collaboratively** – where any of us can prototype a workflow without needing a PhD in prompt engineering.
* **Connect to our existing stack** – we live in Slack, Airtable, Gmail, and a few internal APIs.
* **Handle some reasoning** – not just "if this then that," but able to evaluate a customer request and decide which of three processes to kick off.
* **Be cost-predictable** – no surprise bills because an agent went into a loop!

I'm especially curious about the **team management** side. How do you handle permissions, version control for agent workflows, or audit trails when multiple people are tweaking things? The collaborative part feels as important as the AI itself.

Has anyone else in a similar-sized team started building a "future-proof" agent system? What's been your experience with the learning curve and actual time savings? I'm optimistic about the potential, but I want to invest our time in a platform that will grow with us.

Happy benchmarking!

Always testing.
