I've been trying to use Leonardo to create concept art for a short film idea. The goal was to generate a series of consistent stills with a cinematic, animated feel.
I started with a base image generated in Leonardo, then used the motion feature to add subtle animation. After that, I fed those frames into img2img with a consistent prompt to try and maintain style across shots. The biggest challenge was keeping the character's look stable between scenes.
Has anyone else tried a similar workflow for storyboarding or pre-vis? I'm curious about your prompt structure for consistency, especially when using motion. Did you find certain models like Leonardo Creative or Animation better for this?
