Everyone's hyping the LangGraph + LangSmith integration like it's a silver bullet. Let's see your actual logs.

I've been tracing a mid-complexity customer support workflow for a week. The claims are "full observability" and "debugging complex cycles." My experience: you get a nice DAG visualization in LangSmith, sure. But the cost-to-value ratio feels off unless you're already locked into their ecosystem.

Key questions for anyone who says it's "worth it":
* Are you actually using the trace data to fix something specific, or just staring at pretty graphs?
* What's your actual, per-trace cost increase with LangSmith enabled for all graph steps?
* Show me a screenshot of a LangSmith trace that caught a non-obvious bug in a cycle that you couldn't have found with structured logging. I'll wait.

Without concrete examples of it solving a real, expensive problem, it's just another vendor promise.
