I've been trialing Krisp for the last month as a potential standard for our remote team, primarily for its dual-channel noise cancellation. The ROI on productivity seemed solid versus background chatter. However, I've hit a critical technical blocker that makes it unusable for me, and I'm trying to determine if this is a widespread issue or a local configuration problem.

My setup is standard enterprise-grade: Windows 11 Pro, Lenovo ThinkPad docked, using a Shure MV7 USB microphone. Without Krisp, the microphone is rock solid. The moment I enable Krisp (either in a specific app like Teams or globally as the input device), the USB microphone begins disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently. This happens every 5-15 minutes. The event viewer shows USB device disconnect errors correlating precisely with Krisp's activity.

Steps I've already taken:
* Updated all USB and audio drivers from the manufacturer.
* Tried different USB ports (both on the dock and directly on the laptop).
* Disabled all other audio enhancements and exclusive mode in Windows sound settings.
* Recreated the issue on two different ThinkPads (same model).

The problem disappears immediately when I set my input device back to the Shure directly. This points squarely at Krisp's virtual audio device driver as the culprit. It seems to be failing to maintain a stable handshake with the physical hardware.

Has anyone else experienced this with high-end USB microphones? Specifically:
* Is this a known issue with Krisp's driver model?
* Are there any workarounds beyond the basic steps I've already taken?
* If this is a fundamental driver conflict, it significantly impacts the TCO calculation, as hardware reliability is a non-negotiable.
