Hey everyone! 👋 I've been diving deep into the Krisp ecosystem for our product team's remote collaboration setup, and now we're considering rolling it out company-wide. We've been using the standard Krisp plan for about a year, and the noise cancellation is honestly a game-changer for our customer interviews and sprint reviews. Now, with around 50 engineers, designers, and PMs, finance is asking us to evaluate **Krisp for Business** versus just buying 50 individual Pro subscriptions.

I wanted to share our thought process and see if anyone else has gone through this evaluation! Here’s what we’re weighing:

**Our Current Pro Plan Usage (The Good):**
* **Crystal-clear meetings:** The AI voice isolation is fantastic for our noisy home office environments (kids, dogs, construction!).
* **Background noise removal:** A must-have for maintaining professionalism with external stakeholders.
* **Acoustic echo cancellation:** Has saved us from so much feedback in large group calls.

**What's Pushing Us Towards the Business Tier?**
The main drivers aren't just the per-user cost (though the volume discount is a factor!). It's the central management and security features we're starting to need at scale:
* **Centralized Admin Dashboard:** The idea of managing billing, onboarding/offboarding users, and tracking usage from one place is huge for our IT team.
* **SSO (SAML) Integration:** With 50 people, using email/password for every tool becomes a security risk and a support headache. SSO is a big win.
* **Usage Analytics & Reporting:** We'd love to see adoption metrics to understand ROI and ensure the team is actually using it.
* **Policy Management:** Being able to set and enforce certain settings across the organization feels like the right step for a tool this integral.

**Our Open Questions (Where We'd Love Your Feedback!):**
* For those who made the jump, **were the admin features robust enough?** Was the dashboard actually useful, or was it a bare-bones afterthought?
* **How was the SSO setup process?** Any major hiccups with your identity provider (we use Okta)?
* **Did you run into any limitations** with the Business tier that you didn't anticipate? For example, are there any feature delays compared to the individual Pro plan?
* **For a team of ~50, is the per-user pricing** the only major difference, or did you discover other "soft" benefits that justified the move?

We're leaning towards the Business tier for the governance and security peace of mind, but I'd love to hear from the community before we finalize the recommendation. Any gotchas, success stories, or configuration tips would be immensely helpful!
