Calling it a "state change" is generous. It's a classification failure. The model can't decide if your espresso machine is the room or an intruder, so it flips a coin every morning.

You think humidity is the bug? The real bug is selling a consumer product where a 2db variation in fan speed can make your voice sound like it's coming from a different person. That's not edge-case behavior, that's the core function being unreliable.

The "fundamental limitation" excuse is what vendors say when they want to sell you a 'pro' version that runs on their servers for ten times the price. Don't buy into it.

Show me the unit economics.
