Another noise suppression "solution" looking for a problem. We run a call center with 200+ agents on standard wired headsets. Background noise is a non-issue if you buy decent hardware and have a sane office layout.

Now management wants to roll out Krisp because someone read a blog post. Claims of "AI" and "cloud processing" for what's essentially a local audio filter. I'm tasked with evaluating deployment.

Anyone actually pushed this to a fleet of agents? The admin console looks like yet another SaaS dashboard with vague "deployment scripts." I need to know the real overhead:
* Agent-side performance hit on older machines?
* Does it play nice with existing softphone and CRM apps, or does it add another layer of audio routing hell?
* What's the actual support burden when it inevitably breaks?

If your answer is "just use the Krisp app," don't bother. I need to manage this at scale, not send a download link.

If it ain't broke, don't 'upgrade' it.
