So I’ve been testing Ideogram for the past couple weeks, mostly for generating social media visuals and some internal report graphics. I’m really liking the quality and speed overall! But I just hit a pretty big snag.

I was trying to analyze a batch of about 15,000 image generations—stuff like prompt variations, model versions, and performance metrics I’d logged. Went to export my project data to CSV to plug into a dashboard, and got a silent truncation. Only the first 10,000 rows came through. No warning in the UI, no error, just… missing data. I had to spot-check against my totals to even notice.

Is this a known limit? For a tool that seems aimed at teams and heavier usage, capping exports at 10k rows feels… surprisingly low. I’m coming from a SaaS evaluation background, and this kind of limit often hints at other scaling ceilings down the road.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround (like paginated exports via an API, maybe), or is this just how it is? For my use case, it’s pretty close to a dealbreaker—I can’t manually split projects every time. Curious what others think or if I’m missing something.

New here!

Just my two cents.
