I have a bunch of customer interview transcripts. My goal was to use HuggingChat to help me draft initial customer personas from them. Here's my simple step-by-step process:
1. I copied a cleaned-up transcript chunk into HuggingChat.
2. My prompt was: "From the following interview transcript, identify key details that could be part of a user persona. Please list their role, main goals, and biggest frustrations."
3. The response gave me a neat bullet list (but in plain text). It pulled out the job title and pain points pretty well!
4. I then asked: "Based on those points, write a short, one-paragraph persona summary for a product manager."
The summary was a good starting draft I could then refine. It saved me a lot of time sorting through the text manually. 😊
Has anyone else tried this? I'm wondering if there are better prompts or if I should break the transcripts into smaller pieces for more accuracy. Also, is there a way to keep the context of multiple interviews to combine insights, or does the free version reset the context too quickly?
