Hey everyone, new here and still figuring things out! 😅
I've been using HeyGen to create some short explainer videos for a project. Everything goes smoothly until the very end. The export process gets to 95% and then just... stops. It sits there for ages before eventually showing a generic "export failed" message. I've tried it three times now with the same result.
Is this a common issue? I'm on the basic plan. My videos are only 30 seconds long, using one of their avatars and my own script. Not sure if it's something on my end (my network maybe?) or a known bug. Any tips would be really appreciated!
