Hey folks, hoping someone can shed some light on this. I’ve been using Helicone for monitoring our OpenAI API calls for a few campaigns, and it’s been super helpful for spotting slow endpoints and cost spikes.

Lately, though, I’m seeing a consistent delay in the request logs showing up in the dashboard. It’s about 5 minutes from when our system makes the call to when it appears in Helicone. This makes real-time monitoring a bit tricky, especially when we’re testing new automation sequences.

Has anyone else run into this? I’m wondering:
* Is this a common thing, or maybe tied to my region/plan? (We’re on the Team plan)
* Could it be something in my setup? I’m using the standard OpenAI integration with the Helicone proxy URL.
* Are there any settings to reduce this latency, or is it just a processing queue on Helicone’s side?

For context, we’re sending a decent volume—around 2-3k requests per hour during peak campaigns. The logs do eventually appear and are accurate, just… slow.

Any insights or shared experiences would be awesome. If you need any specifics about my config, just let me know!

Billy
