Hey everyone. I'm pretty new to Hailuo (and honestly, to automation in general). I was always nervous about setting up workflows, thinking it would be too complex.
But last week I finally tried building one to sync new form submissions from our website directly to our CRM contact list, and also tag them based on which product page they came from.
The result shocked me. It's a really simple workflow, just a few steps, but it's cut the manual copy-paste our intern was doing by about 60%. I'm attaching a couple screenshots of the workflow setup.
I'm sure this is basic for a lot of you, but for me it was a huge win. Has anyone else built something simple like this that had a bigger impact than expected? I'm looking for more "beginner-friendly" automation ideas now.
