Okay, maybe I'm missing something here. I've been testing Grok for a week, looking for a simple CRM to start with.
Everyone says the setup is easy, and it *was*... until I tried to import my leads from a spreadsheet. My columns had things like "Company Size" and "Last Contact Date." Grok just mashed it all into one notes field. Now I can't filter or segment properly. To fix it, I had to map each field manually, and it asked about data types I don't really understand.
Is this normal? For a true beginner, this feels like a trap. You think you're done in 5 minutes, but then your data is a mess. 😅
How do you handle data imports without a technical background? Should I be cleaning my spreadsheet in a specific way first?
