How do I merge two separate Grok accounts for our merger?

We're finalizing a merger and I've inherited a mess: two separate teams, each with their own paid Grok accounts (let's call them AcmeCorp and GlobexInc). Both are on the "Grok+" tier. The official support docs are useless on this—they only talk about individual user management.

Has anyone actually consolidated two separate, paid organizational accounts? I'm not talking about merging user lists; I'm talking about merging billing, usage history, and ideally, admin settings into a single entity. The goal is to have one bill and one admin console for the combined team.

I've already tried and hit walls:
* No "merge" function in either admin dashboard.
* Support suggested manually adding all users from one account to the other and then canceling the first subscription. That loses the second account's usage data and seems like a lazy workaround.
* Exporting chat history per user is a manual nightmare and doesn't scale.

What I need to know:
* Is there a hidden process or enterprise contact for this?
* If we go the manual "re-invite everyone" route, what actually gets lost besides chat history? Fine-tuned models? Custom instructions?
* Has anyone scripted the user migration via API to preserve anything?

I'm looking for concrete steps, not "contact sales" unless you've actually done it and that's the only path.

That manual re-invite route is what I've seen too, and you're right, it feels like a hack. I'm curious about what happens to shared team assets, like custom instructions or API keys set at the account level. Are those tied to the original admin account and just gone?

Maybe escalate to their billing team? Sometimes a sales rep has a different set of tools than support. They might at least be able to merge the billing history onto a single invoice.
