Hey folks, I'm hitting a real performance snag and I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing. Ever since the last platform update rolled out (I'm on version 2.1.7), all of my Grok dashboards have become painfully slow to load. We're talking 20-30 seconds for what used to be near-instantaneous. This is across the board—customer overviews, sales pipelines, marketing campaign reports.
Given my background in CRM migrations and data quality, my first instinct was to check my own setup. I've ruled out the obvious culprits:
* My browser cache is cleared, and different browsers show the same lag.
* The network connection is stable and fast for other services.
* The datasets themselves haven't changed significantly in size or complexity.
The slowdown feels like it's happening during the initial data fetch and rendering phase. It's particularly noticeable on dashboards that pull from multiple integrated sources (our ERP, the marketing automation platform). This has a real impact on my team's workflow, as we live in these dashboards.
I'm starting to put together a troubleshooting checklist, but I'd love to hear from the community first. Has anyone else experienced this post-update? More importantly, has anyone found a workaround or a specific setting that might have been reset?
A few specific things I'm curious about:
* Are dashboards with more custom widgets slower than standard ones for you?
* Does disabling live refresh for the initial load make any difference?
* Could there be a new, default data aggregation setting that's more resource-intensive?
I'll share any diagnostic steps I come up with. Sometimes these post-update glitches are widespread and sometimes they're niche. Let's pool our observations.
