Anyone else having issues with the Slack integration dropping data?

I've been evaluating Grok's Slack integration for our customer success team over the last quarter, primarily to route NPS comments and churn-risk alerts into our dedicated channels. Lately, I've noticed a pattern where some of the data seems to be incomplete or missing entirely.

For example, a Slack alert from Grok will show a customer's health score dropped, but the accompanying message from the customer, or the specific feature flag that triggered the drop, is absent. This forces us to switch back to the Grok dashboard to get the full context, which defeats the purpose of the real-time notification.

I'm trying to determine if this is a configuration issue on our end or a known problem. My current setup is straightforward:
* We're using the standard OAuth connection.
* The webhook is configured for a private channel.
* The events mapped include `health_score_change`, `nps_response`, and `feature_usage_drop`.

Has anyone else observed similar gaps in data payloads coming through the Slack integration? Specifically:
* Are certain event types more prone to having incomplete data?
* Is there a payload size limit that might be truncating longer messages or complex JSON?
* Have you found any reliable workarounds or configuration adjustments that ensured data consistency?

I haven't seen any systematic errors in the Grok logs, which makes this particularly puzzling. Any insights from your own monitoring would be helpful.

We actually ran into this too with our engineering alerts channel. It wasn't about payload size for us, but the event mapping itself. The `feature_usage_drop` alert would come through, but the context about *which* user or session caused the drop was stripped. Turned out we hadn't included the `user_context` field in the mapped payload for that specific event type.

Have you checked the raw payload structure in the Grok integration settings for each event? Sometimes the default mapping only pulls in a subset of the available data points. You might need to manually add the nested fields for the customer message or feature flag details.
