How do I track offline conversions (like phone sales) back to a Gemini campaign?

Alright, let's cut through the usual marketing fluff. Every platform promises "closed-loop attribution," but when it comes to actual offline conversions—like a phone call from a billboard or a direct sales call—the tracking suddenly gets… creative. Or more accurately, full of holes.

I'm running a campaign on Gemini and need to track which ad groups drive phone sales. My sales team closes deals over the phone, not through a website form. The standard "pixel-on-thank-you-page" method is useless here.

I've seen the usual suggestions from other platforms, which often boil down to:
* Dynamic phone numbers (expensive, and call quality can suffer)
* Asking the customer "How did you hear about us?" (data quality is a joke)
* Using a dedicated landing page with a unique promo code (works, but adds friction)

Before I waste a week building a Rube Goldberg machine of tracking scripts, has anyone actually implemented a *practical* solution for this with Gemini? I'm talking about something that can pass a conversion value back, not just a binary "call happened."

Specifically:
1. What's the actual mechanism to get the conversion data *into* Gemini? Is it a hidden form post, an API call, or something else?
2. How are you stitching the session from the ad click to the eventual phone sale? Are you using a unique identifier appended to the landing page URL that gets captured by the sales CRM?

A code snippet of the postback or the parameter structure would be worth its weight in gold. Most of the documentation I've found assumes the conversion happens on-site.
