How do I share a prompt template with my non-technical teammates?

Hey folks,

We’re starting to build out a library of prompt templates in Freeplay for our customer‑support workflows, which is great. But I’ve hit a snag: our support specialists (who aren’t technical) need to be able to view, use, and maybe even tweak these templates, but I don’t want them accidentally breaking things or getting lost in the UI.

Right now, I’m the only one with a “builder” role, and I can share playground links, but that feels clunky for day‑to‑day use. I’ve seen the “share as app” feature, which looks promising—has anyone set that up for a non‑technical audience?

Specifically, I’m wondering:
- What’s the smoothest way to give them access to just a few templates, without overwhelming them with all of Freeplay’s features?
- Can I preset things like model parameters and test inputs so they just fill in the customer‑specific variables?
- Any gotchas around permissions or versioning I should plan for?

We’re on the Team plan, if that matters. Appreciate any real‑world tips or even how your team handled this transition 😊
