I know I'm probably in the minority here, especially given all the glowing reviews about Flux's ecosystem, but I've hit a real pain point with their support. As someone who lives in campaign analytics and attribution, timely answers are crucial for my workflows.
I’ve opened three tickets over the past six months regarding discrepancies in their cross-channel attribution window API. The responses took 3-5 business days each time, and when they did reply, it was a generic template asking me to "check my data ingestion settings" or "re-read the documentation." The last ticket, which was about a clear bug in their campaign cost import function, was simply closed with a note saying "this is expected behavior" without any explanation.
Here’s what my experience looked like:
* **Ticket #1:** Initial response after 4 days. Asked for logs, which I provided immediately. Then, silence for another week before a follow-up.
* **Ticket #2:** A support agent misunderstood my question about UTM parameter mapping and sent me a link to the general getting-started guide.
* **Ticket #3:** As mentioned, the ticket was closed without a concrete solution or a workaround.
I love their platform's capabilities—the AI-powered insights are fantastic—but this has been a real hurdle. When you're in the middle of a tight testing cycle or a quarterly reporting push, waiting days for a non-answer is just not sustainable.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm curious if there's a better way to get help, like a community forum or a dedicated Slack channel, that I might have missed. Or perhaps my expectations are just misaligned.
Cheers!
