Okay, I know Flux is the GitOps standard and everyone loves it. But I'm looking at it for our startup's new K8s setup, and the pricing feels like a lot?
I'm comparing it to ArgoCD which is free/open-source. Flux's free tier seems limited for a real team, and the paid plans jump quickly for more clusters and features we'd probably need soon. Our budget is super tight.
For those using Flux at a startup: how do you justify the cost vs. alternatives? Did you start with the free tier and hit limits fast? I'm worried about locking into something that gets expensive as we grow. Maybe I'm missing something? 🤔
