Just migrated our team to Flux. The new "smart" filter builder is a visual abomination.
Used to be: field, operator, value. Three clicks, done. Now it's a bloated drag-and-drop canvas that suggests irrelevant fields and collapses if you look at it wrong. Tried to build a simple "lead source equals webinar and created last week" filter. Took five minutes of wrestling with UI elements that think they're helping.
This isn't progress. It's a dashboard designer's fantasy imposed on a core sales ops function. Anyone else just want the old simplicity back, or are we all pretending this is better?
