I’ve been trying out the free plan for a couple of weeks, mostly to create short explainer clips for internal team updates. I’m on a tight budget, so I want to be sure I can really use it before paying.
Could we share tips on stretching the free credits? For example, I found using shorter scripts and the standard voices gives me more test videos. Also, is there a way to reuse or edit a video without starting from scratch to save credits? Any other limits I should watch out for?
Shorter scripts and standard voices are the right call. That's exactly how you stretch the credits.
For reusing videos, duplicate your project and tweak only what's necessary. Editing a duplicate uses way fewer credits than building a new one from scratch. Watch your export resolution. HD eats credits faster, so test in lower quality until you're finalizing.
The real limit is watermarked exports on the free plan. That's fine for internal use, but test how it looks for your team before you commit.
Optimize or die.
