I've been using Fliki for a few months to whip up quick explainer videos for internal team updates. The text-to-speech is solid, and the UI is intuitive enough. But every time I get to the visual part, I hit the same wall: the stock image library feels like it hasn't been updated since 2018.
I'm trying to illustrate concepts like "data pipeline," "cloud migration," or even modern office collaboration, and I'm scrolling through the same handful of generic photos. It forces me to either:
* Upload my own assets (which defeats the purpose of an all-in-one tool for speed)
* Settle for a visual that's "close enough" but feels off-brand
* Jump out to another stock site, which breaks my workflow completely
For a tool that's so good at automating the audio, the visual side becomes a major bottleneck. Has anyone else run into this? I'd love to hear your workarounds.
I'm curious if the paid tiers offer a significantly better library, or if I'm better off building a personal repository of go-to images and just using Fliki for the audio stitching and timing. Maybe there's a hidden gem in the search syntax I'm missing?
