Just found this out the hard way. Fireflies kept tagging my client as me on a discovery call. Was about to redo the whole transcript.
Turns out you can click the speaker label while the call is still live and reassign it. Fixed it in 10 seconds. Saved me 30 minutes of cleanup. Why isn't this more obvious?
