We just finished rolling out Fireflies.ai to our entire sales team of about 80 reps. The goal was super clear: automate note-taking for discovery calls and demos, so reps can actually focus on the conversation.

The first week was... a reality check. A few things we thought would be minor turned into major blockers.

The biggest issue was the "Conversation Intelligence" features going a bit wild. It started flagging potential "next steps" and "action items" on almost *every* sentence a prospect said. Things like "I'll look at my calendar" got tagged as a hard action item, cluttering the summary. Reps spent more time cleaning up the notes than they would have taking them manually. Has anyone dialed in the settings to make this actually useful and not just noisy?

Also, we saw a weird lag in some calls where the audio playback in the Fireflies dashboard wouldn't sync with the transcript for a minute or two. This freaked out a few reps who thought it wasn't working at all.

We're sticking with it for now because the basic transcript is accurate, but the value-add features kinda broke out of the gate. Did anyone else have a similar experience at scale? What settings or workflows did you change to make it work smoothly for a sales team this size?
