Hi everyone, I’m relatively new to Fellow and have been trying to use it to review meetings from my small team. I really want to like it, especially for going back over client calls and internal check-ins, but I’ve run into a persistent issue that’s making it hard to rely on.

When I try to play back recorded meetings, the video is often very choppy and stutters, sometimes freezing for a few seconds while the audio continues. This happens even on a relatively stable internet connection, and I’ve tried it on both my laptop and desktop. It makes it difficult to catch important non-verbal cues or follow along with screen shares, which defeats the purpose of recording for me.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I’m not very technical, so I’m hesitant to start changing settings without guidance. I’m on the basic plan, if that matters, and we usually record meetings that are about an hour long. My computer isn’t brand new, but it handles other video conferencing tools okay.

If you’ve found a way to smooth this out, I’d be so grateful for any advice. Maybe there’s a specific playback setting in Fellow I’ve missed, or perhaps it’s something about how my browser is handling it? I just want a clear playback so I can take good notes after the fact. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
