* **Key Limitation:** Advanced analytics and some deeper integrations are on higher tiers.
* **Loom (for async) + Notion (for documentation):** For teams comfortable with async communication, this combination is highly cost-effective. Loom's free plan allows for quick video updates, while Notion's free tier can be used for shared agendas and decision logs.
* **Key Limitation:** Lacks the synchronous, in-meeting experience of a live agenda tool.
