I'm evaluating Elicit for automating data extraction from customer feedback into our CRM. The default prompts are too generic.

Has anyone built custom prompts to get structured, quantitative outputs? For example:
- Extracting a **NPS score** from a support ticket transcript.
- Pulling **feature request frequency** from a batch of forum posts.
- Outputting a **sentiment percentage** (e.g., 70% positive) for a product review set.

My main concerns:
* Does the output remain consistent across similar document types?
* Can you reliably get a number, or does it sometimes revert to text?
* What's the practical limit on batch size before quality degrades?

Looking for specifics on prompt structure and any reliability metrics you've tracked.
