Opinion: Their 'projects' feature is half-baked. Folder management is a pain.

Hey team! 👋 I've been using ElevenLabs for a few months now to generate voiceovers for our project explainer videos. Overall, I'm a fan of the voice quality, but I've hit a real snag with their organizational tools.

I was so excited when they rolled out the 'Projects' featureβ€”finally, a way to group all my audio files for a single client or campaign! But in practice, it feels like a first draft. The main pain points for me are:

* **Folder nesting is non-existent.** I can't create a "Q3 Campaign" project and then have sub-folders for "Social Media Clips," "Website Narration," and "Internal Training." Everything just dumps into one flat list.
* **Moving files between projects is clunky.** It often requires downloading and re-uploading, which breaks my workflow.
* **No bulk actions.** If I want to apply the same new voice setting to ten files in a project, I have to do it one by one.

This makes it really hard to keep things tidy, especially when you're managing multiple clients or iterative versions. I end up using a separate kanban board (like Trello) just to track what audio goes where, which defeats the purpose of having projects built-in!

Has anyone else run into this? I'd love to hear how you're managing your files. Have you found a clever workaround, or are you just hoping for an update soon? Maybe we can share tips until they improve it!
