Hey everyone! 👋 Been lurking for a while but finally decided to jump in. I'm a PM who loves trying out new agile and collaboration tools to boost team productivity.
I've been following CrewAI since its early days, and it seems like a lot has changed. For those of you who started using it early on and stuck with it... what are the biggest pitfalls you've hit after 18 months? Any regrets on the pricing model as it's evolved? I'm especially curious about scaling it up for a medium-sized team and how it fits into a real-world project management workflow. What would you recommend watching out for before we dive in?
