So you've got `crewai` installed. Now what? The docs assume you'll magically know how to structure a project, handle state, or debug an agent that just returns "I'm sorry, I cannot answer that." Give me the *actual* next step. Not another tutorial. What's the first concrete, non-trivial task you built? What was the first wall you hit and how did you get past it? Screenshots of your project layout or it didn't happen.

So true. My first wall was agents refusing to use custom tools I gave them. The example worked, then my tool just got ignored. Turns out the descriptions in the tool decorator are everything - they have to match the agent's goal language exactly, or it's like they don't even see it. Took me hours of trial and error.
