I'm running Copy.ai for technical blog posts and documentation. The brand voice settings are configured, but the output consistently ignores the specified tone and terminology.

* **Claimed Setup:** Brand voice profile with "technical," "concise," "avoid marketing jargon."
* **Actual Output:** Fluffy, promotional language. Inserts phrases like "leverage cutting-edge solutions" or "revolutionize your workflow" when I need "use the API" or "automate the process."

I've tried:
* Re-saving the brand voice settings.
* Explicitly stating "use the configured brand voice" in prompts.
* Different document types (Blog Wizard, General Writing).

Is the brand voice feature effectively non-functional, or is there a specific workflow that makes it stick? Looking for a technical deep dive or confirmed bug status.
