Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to using Copy.ai and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I'm trying to use it to write different things for my Shopify store—product descriptions, email newsletters, even some social posts.
My problem is that the terminology keeps changing between documents. For example, in one description it'll call my customers "members," which is what I want, but then in an email draft it calls them "shoppers" or "clients." I have to go back and manually fix it every time, which kind of defeats the purpose of saving time.
I've tried putting the word "members" in the input, but it doesn't seem to stick for future projects. Is there a way to teach Copy.ai my specific brand words so it uses them consistently? Like a central place to store my brand voice or key terms?
I'm probably missing something obvious, but I'm feeling a bit stuck. Any advice would be amazing.
