You know what I mean—those overly enthusiastic phrases, the vague marketing jargon that sounds impressive but says nothing concrete, the sentences that twist and turn without ever landing a clear point. It feels inauthentic, and for a small business like mine that’s built on personal connection and handmade quality, that’s a real problem.
So my question is, from a practical, small-business owner’s perspective, which one tends to produce more straightforward, usable content? I’m not writing viral campaigns; I just need clear, genuine-sounding text that describes my mugs and workshops without making them sound like they were made by a corporate robot.
For example, when I ask for a product description for a new set of hand-painted coffee cups, I want to highlight the glaze technique and the comfortable handle, not “revolutionize your morning ritual with an unparalleled artisan experience.” Which tool is better at cutting through that kind of fluff and giving me something I can actually use with minimal editing? I’m leaning towards one of their long-form plans, but I’m hesitant to commit until I hear from real users.
