It's not a bug, it's how these tools work. They have token limits and context windows. Continue is probably no different.
What's your setup? Are you feeding it huge files or expecting it to remember an entire codebase across dozens of messages? The free tier likely has a smaller context than the paid plan. Check their docs for actual numbers, not marketing fluff.
