Start with the basics: disable 'inline completions' immediately. They're more distracting than helpful for learning. Then, in your IDE extension settings, just turn on 'suggestions on enter' and maybe 'chat'. That's it. Don't touch the fancy 'context' sliders or 'automatic refactors' until you've actually felt its limitations. It's not magic, it's a sometimes-useful autocomplete.
