Yes, you can run it in multiple IDEs simultaneously. Your license is per-user, not per-instance.
But before you get too comfortable, consider the vendor's angle. They want you using it everywhere because that's how you get locked in. The real question isn't about technical feasibility—it's about whether you should.
I've seen their playbook:
* The free tier is a gateway. You spread it across VSCode, JetBrains, and maybe a lightweight editor.
* You get used to it. Your workflow adapts.
* Then you hit the paywall or the feature limits. Now your entire dev setup across multiple environments depends on it.
It's a classic vendor strategy. Enable ubiquity, create dependency, then monetize. Just be aware you're being herded.
