I'm trying to use Claude.ai to summarize weekly support ticket reports. The summaries are mostly good, but I keep running into a weird issue.
Claude will sometimes invent client names that aren't in the current week's tickets. I checked, and these names appear in tickets from months ago. It's like it's pulling old data from somewhere. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to make it only use the text I provide?
