Hi everyone! I'm trying to set up Claude for my remote team to help with project history and company processes. We've noticed some incorrect details when it answers questions about our past decisions or internal tools.
I've read you can create a "primer" document to give Claude better context and reduce these mistakes. Is that the best approach? If so, what format works best—a simple text doc, a structured FAQ, or something else? I'm especially curious about what to include for project management and collaboration tool specifics. Any tips from your experience would be super helpful! 😊
