You don't. The incentive structure is broken. There's no reputation system, no real reviews, and no consequence for spamming a thousand "ULTIMATE" bots. I've looked for the same things - a decent CloudFormation or Terraform assistant - and gave up after the third one hallucinated a non-existent AWS service. The signal-to-noise ratio is abysmal.
My filter is to only use a GPT if I can find the creator's actual professional profile linked *outside* of OpenAI's walled garden. If they're just a rando in the "store", assume it's junk.
