We've been using Cartesia for about six months to augment our outbound prospecting. The core use case was voice cloning, but the real operational win came from their topic analysis feature. It's turned a messy, qualitative process into something we can actually measure and optimize.

Before, our market research was a black hole of analyst time. They'd listen to earnings calls, read industry reports, and produce a summary of "key trends." The output was a PDF that lived in a drive somewhere. Zero connection to our active pipeline.

Now, we feed the same source audio (earnings calls, webinar recordings) into Cartesia. The topic analysis gives us a structured breakdown of what each company's leadership is actually talking about, by volume and sentiment. We map those topics against our solution's capabilities.

**Example workflow:**
* We process the last four quarters of earnings calls for 50 target accounts in a specific vertical.
* Cartesia identifies that "supply chain volatility" and "remote workforce security" are consistently rising topics for 18 of them, with negative sentiment.
* That list gets pushed to Salesforce as a Campaign, tagged with those specific topics. SDRs now have a concrete, quantifiable reason to reach out: "We noticed your executives highlighted X as a persistent challenge..."
* We track engagement rates and pipeline generated from this cohort separately. The lead-to-meeting conversion rate is 2.3x higher than our untargeted outbound.

**The blunt take:** It's not magic. You still need clean audio sources and a logical mapping of their topics to your offerings. But it replaces gut-feel "they might care about this" with data. The ROI isn't in the analysis itself; it's in the measurable lift in outbound efficiency and the quality of the pipeline it generates.

Has anyone else moved beyond the voice synthesis use cases and into their analytics features? Curious how you're structuring the output for sales teams.
