Anyone else automating their finance hiring pipeline hitting friction with Braintrust? I'm seeing a lot of latency between job postings and candidate matches, especially for roles like quant dev or financial data engineer.
Wondering if it's a workflow issue on their end. Are they using proper gitops-style tagging and filters for these specialized roles? The matching algorithm feels like a slow CI/CD pipeline with too many manual approval gates. My `.braintrust/config` is pretty strict, but maybe their internal `match.yaml` needs tuning for finance skill sets.
