Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I've set up Braintrust to automatically export findings to our Jira Cloud instance, but nothing is coming through. The tests run fine in Braintrust, but the tickets just aren't being created in Jira.
I double-checked the API token and project key in the integration settings, and they seem right. Is there a common step I might have missed? Maybe something with Jira issue types or permissions? I'm not super technical, so plain language is appreciated! 😅
