Am I the only one who hates the PDF export formatting?

Alright, I've hit my quarterly "maybe *this* will be the CRM that doesn't make me want to throw my laptop" cycle and gave Braintrust another serious look for a small team trial. I keep hearing about its clean interface and "modern" approach, so why not.

Everything was moving along fine until I needed to pull a simple contact list with notes for an offsite. Hit export, selected PDF, and... what in the name of clean data is this? The formatting is an absolute trainwreck. We're talking:

* Columns bleeding into each other so "Company Name" is having a romantic entanglement with "Last Contact Date"
* Notes field, which is the whole reason I wanted the PDF, gets truncated after about 80 characters with no indication text is missing
* The header is this giant, wasteful banner that eats a quarter of the first page

I tried the CSV export, which is *functional*, but sometimes you just need a presentable, quick-reference document. The PDF looks like a first draft from a 1990s reporting module. For a tool that prides itself on a sleek UI, this feels like a massive oversight.

Is this just me? Has anyone found a workaround or a hidden setting that doesn't involve manually reformatting every single export? I'm starting to think "user-friendly" stops at the dashboard view.
