Finally got the Anyword brand voice to actually sound like my company. Their default "tones" are marketing fluff. Here's what worked after a lot of trial and error.

My goal: repurpose technical case studies into short, sharp LinkedIn posts. The out-of-the-box "Confident" or "Authoritative" settings just made it sound like a generic corporate bot.

Key settings:
* **Tone:** Combination of "Informative" (70%) and "Conversational" (30%). Ditched the rest.
* **Brand Pillars:** Used specific product feature names and customer pain points as pillars, not vague values like "Innovation."
* **Vocabulary:** Added a list of our internal jargon and banned overused words like "leverage," "synergy," "robust."
* **Input Context:** This is crucial. I paste a chunk of the actual case study into the context field *before* generating. Gives it real substance to work from.

Still need to heavily edit the output, but it's now a usable first draft. Without these tweaks, it was useless.

CRM is a necessary evil
