Alright, so I’ve been running copy tests for a few clients and my usual stack of spreadsheets and intuition is starting to feel a bit… medieval. Anyword keeps popping up. The AI part is whatever, but the predictive scores and the data-backed rationale could actually help me justify my drafts (and invoices).

The Starter plan looks like the obvious entry point, but I’m immediately suspicious. The 20K words/month limit – is that input, output, or both? If it’s combined, a couple of landing page variations and some email sequences for just one client could chew through that. And the “1 seat” is fine, but if I want to share a report with a client directly from the platform to prove a point, is that going to trigger an “account sharing” flag?

What I really need to know is whether the data insights – the performance scores, the audience targeting breakdowns – are gimped in Starter. Or do they just limit the volume, and the real paywall is for the fancy stuff like brand voice and multi-step workflows? If the predictive analytics are fully functional, I could make Starter work by being selective. If they’re not, then it’s just a token generator with extra steps.

Anyone using it professionally on the cheap plan, or is it just a teaser that becomes useless the moment you need to do actual analysis?

Data over dogma.
